Who are we?

Puply offers a yo-topia for humans and puppies, whilst creating a safe space for our furry friends to be socialised. We follow classes with cocktails or coffee to get you charged for the weekend. Happier people, happier pups.

Information for Event Ticket Holders / Terms & Conditions

Please make sure you have not been in contact with an unwell dog in the last 24 hours. 

Our painting section and puppy play pen will be in two separate spaces in the studio for puppy safety reasons.

No alcohol is to be consumed before or during the puppy play session. Alcohol will be served after the cuddle session. You will be refused entry if we believe you have consumed alcohol prior to the event.

Cancellations are not accepted within a 72 hour period. 

Guests must be over 18 years of age to attend. Photo ID is required for entry. 

We reserve the right to cancel events. Where possible we will look to provide 72h notice for any event cancellations. There have been an extremely small number of events that we have had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on the event day. In the event of cancellation, you will be provided a full refund. Funds are usually returned to the purchasing account within 5 working days. However, refunds for some card issuers and banks can take up to 10 working days to process.

Please be aware that whilst Puply has safety protocols in place to limit risks regarding boisterous puppies, they can sometimes become playful, overzealous and bite. Pup-tails UK Limited takes no responsibility for injuries or death that arise from attending a Puply event. Puptails UK Limited disclaim any liability with regards to puppy behaviour. By purchasing tickets, you, and any guest you buy tickets for agree to this disclaimer. It is your responsibility as a ticket purchaser to ensure any guests that attend a Puply sessions are made aware of the Terms and Conditions generally but specifically to this disclaimer.

We do not “own, keep or train animals as part of our activities”. We partner with breeders who attend our events who have responsibility for their pups at our events. We have limited contact with the pups apart from those agreed with breeders prior to our classes delivered at our partner venues. The government guidelines regarding animal licensing activities state  “this guide does not apply to those who organise shows where animals are exhibited, such as Crufts and animal trade shows.” Notwithstanding the guidelines we still take extra steps to ensure puppy safety is considered above all else. Guidance around COVID-19 and event attendance

If you are feeling unwell or are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 then we ask that you do not attend the event, and stay at home in order to protect yourself and others.

In case of national lockdown, all attendees will be fully refunded no matter the notice.
